All Hopelink housing is assigned through King County’s one-stop information network. To apply for housing assistance, please first contact 2-1-1 by dialing 211 or go to their website.


Emergency Family Shelter

Hopelink’s Kenmore and Redmond shelters provide a short-term home for families in crisis. With a goal of finding stable, permanent housing, families in the Kenmore and Redmond shelters are able to stay on a month-to-month basis.

Transitional & Long-Term Housing

Hopelink’s transitional and long-term housing programs in Bellevue, Bothell, Duvall and Redmond include comprehensive support to help families move from crisis to stability. Transitional housing units provide a secure home for up to two years. Families in long-term housing are able to stay longer, as long as they meet their lease requirements.

While your family is living in Hopelink housing, you will work closely with a skilled Case Manager to identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and set and meet goals designed to find and maintain permanent housing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Housing with Hopelink is set aside for families with children under the age of 18 who are experiencing homelessness. Families can only access housing with Hopelink by calling 211 and asking to be screened for Coordinated Entry for All.


Hopelink’s housing is only for homeless families. If you are a family with children under the age of 18 and live in Hopelink’s service area you may be eligible for case management which can include housing search assistance. Please contact 425-883-4755 to learn more and be screened for our Family Development Program.


Hopelink’s housing is not confidential and you must call 211 and be screened for Coordinated Entry for All to be eligible. Families experiencing Domestic Violence should contact the local DV agencies who offer confidential housing such as Lifewire and DAWN.
